Gulliver FX informs for Suspension of MT4 Platform
Gulliver FX has issued a Notice to inform that:
Following the firm’s business structural changes, Gulliver FX Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA no. 595713), has made the decision to suspend its MT4 platform service effective after 08:50pm 8th May 2015.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with company’s Client Agreement to all existing clients, that clients will not be able to open new positions after 08:50pm 17th April 2015 and that all remaining positions will automatically be closed on 11th May 2015 during 8:00am (GMT) to 11:00am with our market price.
The company asking clients to close their positions and send to the company their withdrawal request for any outstanding balances in their trading account by 08:50pm 8th May 2015. The company informs clients to be assured that their funds are not affected by the service suspension and they are entitled to withdraw their outstanding balances.
The company is asking clients to contact the company in order to prodive their bank information for their funds to be returned.
The company has issued a detailed schedule that is as follows:
We will stop accepting new account applications from 1st April 2015.
Clients cannot open new position after 08:50PM(GMT) 17th April 2015.
Clients cannot access MyPage from 08:50PM(GMT) 08th May 2015 to 11:00AM 11th May 2015.
Clients cannot access MT4 platform from 08:50PM(GMT) 08th May 2015 to 11:00AM 11th May 2015.
Clients are required to close all their positions and withdraw all funds by 08:50PM(GMT) 08th May 2015.
