Internet project «ShareInstock» (http://shareinstock.com/) was included in the CRFIN Black list

The project offers clients 12 investment programs with stable income of 2-10% per month as “pseudo-dividends” of “pseudo-shares”, partnership program with payment of percentage of income of attracted clients. No objective payment guarantees of the claimed percentage and invested funds return. The business model of the company doesn’t have the level of transparency sufficient to recognize the possibility of these percentage and funds payments otherwise than by using the previous clients’ deposits. There is no available information about licenses that give the right to trade shares. Please note that the mentioned company is not a member of SRO CRFIN!

Thus, as of July 21, 2015, there are 49 companies in the CRFIN Black list. CRFIN warns the public that investing in the above mentioned Internet-project may entail a high risk of losing invested funds partially or fully.
